In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments and beauty services that enhance our clients' confidence and well-being. Your expertise will help clients achieve their aesthetic goals through personalized consultations, innovative treatments, and professional product recommendations. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual eager to grow their business! This is a commission based role, but we are willing to negotiate to booth rent if necessary. Responsibilities Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, and makeup application with precision and care Conduct skin analysis and provide tailored treatment plans to meet individual client needs Maintain thorough sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Utilize salon management software such as Massage Book to schedule appointments, process transactions, and update client information Promote retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and beauty solutions to clients Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and product knowledge to deliver innovative services Skills Proven experience in retail sales of skincare or beauty products Skilled in skincare, body waxing, and makeup application Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships Commitment to sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures in all treatments Familiarity with advanced skincare techniques including dermabrasion and microneedling Ability to educate clients on skincare routines and product usage confidently Join us as an Esthetician where your expertise will inspire confidence in every client you serve.
