We treat inflammatory conditions — acne, rosacea, pigment — through a functional approach: finding the root cause, building a thought-through treatment plan, and coaching our clients through every step. About the Role At its heart, this role is about constant learning — and turning that knowledge into results. You'll work under direct mentorship with intensive training in our functional, treatment-plan-driven method, performing in-depth facials and building customized plans. We want more than what we teach you: someone who goes out of their way to learn and applies it chairside. You are also, fundamentally, a teacher. Our clients navigate challenging inflammatory conditions and all the emotion that comes with them — your job is to guide them, explain the why behind their plan, and give them confidence as their skin transforms. The right person craves learning, loves to share it, and finds real reward in helping someone finally understand their skin. This is a long-term opportunity with clear growth potential into leadership, mentorship, or education/training roles as the studio expands. Responsibilities Perform corrective facial treatments tailored to client needs (acne, rosacea, pigmentation) Deliver exceptional facial massage for deep tissue stress relief and lymphatic flow (massage is a key part of our experience) Confidently perform dermaplaning, extractions, and other advanced techniques Treat inflammatory conditions using professional protocols and product knowledge Guide and support clients through the emotional ups and downs that come with skin conditions, with empathy and clear communication Stay on top of your schedule and be punctual for every client and shift Maintain a clean, calm, and professional treatment room Collaborate with the team to support in-studio flow as needed Stay up to date on protocols, products, and treatment developments Represent the studio with professionalism, warmth, and consistency Requirements Minimum 1 year of hands-on facial experience (required) Active Florida esthetician license Skilled with your hands and strong massage technique — facial massage, lymphatic, and pressure work are a core part of our treatments A real passion for corrective skincare and a love of the science behind it Strong, warm communication skills — you can guide a stressed client with patience and confidence Deeply receptive to learning — you crave it, study on your own, and go out of your way to grow your knowledge and apply it A natural teacher — you can break down complex skin science for clients and coach them through the emotional side of their journey Committed to ongoing education and growth; you're excited to learn and be mentored Face Reality Acne Specialist certification is a strong plus.
