We're building something — and we want our lead injector to help shape it. Are you a skilled aesthetic injector who combines clinical precision with an exceptional patient experience? We are seeking a confident, experienced Injector to join a brand-new aesthetic practice at the ground floor. This role is ideal for a provider who values safety, natural results, long-term treatment planning, and building a loyal patient base — and who's excited to help build a practice, not just work in one. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations Deliver neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and advanced injectable and energy-based treatments Develop strategic, long-term treatment plans Drive patient retention through trust and results Mentor and onboard future injectors as the team grows Contribute to shaping clinical protocols, the treatment menu, and patient experience standards What We're Looking For Active Florida NP or PA license 2+ years of aesthetic injection experience Strong consultation and communication skills High standards for safety and documentation Entrepreneurial mindset — you thrive without a playbook A provider who takes ownership of outcomes and production Interest in mentoring future providers as we grow What We Offer From $100,000/year + performance-based incentives Ground-floor opportunity with a path to lead clinical role Real autonomy — your voice shapes the treatment menu, protocols, and patient experience Modern, fully equipped clinical environment Ongoing advanced training and development A collaborative, growth-oriented culture Employee discount
