Full Job Description Overview:
We're growing and looking for a talented, motivated Licensed Aesthetician to join our team in Boca Raton! This is an incredible opportunity for someone who loves skincare, client relationships, wellness, and building a personal brand within a supportive and growth-focused environment.
Position Details:
Flexible compensation structure - W2 or 1099 Independent Contractor options available based on experience and fit Compensation negotiable DOE (depending on experience) Full-time or part-time opportunities available
Qualifications:
Active Aesthetician License required Hydrafacial Certified required Experience with dermaplaning required Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, protocols, and client education Comfortable creating and posting content on social media platforms Outgoing personality with a passion for community involvement and relationship-building Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone who not only delivers exceptional treatments, but also understands the importance of client retention, personal branding, and community presence. Ideal candidates are excited to actively grow their clientele through networking, referrals, social media engagement, and local outreach initiatives.
