Our ideal candidate will bring a robust background in skincare and beauty treatments, coupled with a genuine love and compassion for clients. As an Esthetician in our med spa, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the overall experience of our guests while delivering high-quality services that promote relaxation and rejuvenation, all while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Perform a variety of esthetic treatments, including facials, RF Microneedling, SkinPen and Dermplaning. Laser if applicable. Provide expert advice on skincare products and services to clients, ensuring they receive personalized recommendations. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries. Assist with retail sales by promoting and upselling skincare products to enhance client satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas to ensure a welcoming environment. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent guest services and follow-up communication. Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide clients with the best options available. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and mutual support. Qualifications Valid esthetician license or certification as required by state regulations. Previous experience in esthetics or related fields such as med spa or customer service is preferred. Strong knowledge of skincare products (Skinceuticals, EltaMD,Obagi) treatments, and techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others feel their best. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing trends in the beauty industry.
