In this role, you will primarily work with the T-Shape 2 Body Sculpting device and help operate daily store activities to ensure an exceptional customer experience. All the while contributing to sales growth and fostering a positive environment that encourages customer satisfaction and retention. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to make a significant impact within a vibrant retail setting. This position comes with hands-on training, free services, Base pay and commissions. Duties Perform and sell T-Shape body and facial packages (commissions) Assist with goal setting and progress tracking Provide emotional support and positive encouragement Maintain accurate records and follow care plans Ensure a safe and respectful environment at all times Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, sales tracking, and reporting. Qualifications Esthetician License Skilled in schedule management Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve guests' quality of life Sales and upselling experience Strong communication skills Reliable and responsible Ability to work independently and as part of a team
