The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in esthetic treatments, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their beauty and skincare goals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a medspa environment, utilizing advanced techniques and state-of-the-art equipment to deliver personalized treatments. Candidates with experience in management, social media management, and retail sales are highly valued to help grow our client base and enhance guest experiences. Duties Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, microdermabrasion, dermaplanning, electrolysis, laser hair removal, and other skin rejuvenation procedures (IPL, Clear + Brilliant, etc.). Manage client consultations to recommend appropriate treatments based on individual skin types and concerns. Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in accordance with industry regulations. Utilize salon software such as Mangomint for scheduling appointments, client records, and retail sales tracking. Engage with clients through excellent guest services, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage social media accounts to promote services, share product demos, and increase brand visibility. Assist with retail sales by upselling products and promoting skincare lines effectively. Support front desk operations including appointment booking, check-ins, and payment processing. Stay current on industry trends such as laser treatments, skincare, and advanced esthetic techniques like color theory and body treatments. Conduct product demos to educate clients about skincare options and new treatments. Requirements Valid Esthetician license with Electrolysis certification required. Proven experience in esthetics or related fields such as Med Spa or hospitality environments preferred. Strong management skills along with familiarity using salon management software like Mangomint. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within spa or salon settings. Ability to perform advanced treatments including dermal fillers, Botox, laser therapy, hair extensions, hair styling, nail care, and straight razor shaving is a plus. Experience in social media management for marketing purposes is desirable. Demonstrated customer service excellence with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance. Ability to upsell products/services while maintaining ethical standards. This position offers an engaging work environment where professionalism meets innovation in skincare technology.
