Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and experienced Permanent Makeup Trainer to lead educational programs and elevate the skills of aspiring and professional permanent makeup artists. In this dynamic role, you will deliver comprehensive training sessions, demonstrate advanced techniques, and ensure that students grasp essential concepts related to aesthetic enhancements. Your expertise will inspire confidence, promote best practices in sanitation and safety, and foster a supportive learning environment. Responsibilities Conduct engaging training sessions on permanent makeup procedures, including eyebrow microblading, lip blush, eyeliner, and other aesthetic treatments. Demonstrate proper techniques for tattooing, color theory application, and skin anatomy to ensure precise results. Educate students on sanitation protocols, infection control measures, and safe use of equipment to maintain high standards of hygiene. Guide learners through the use of EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems for patient documentation and medical records management. Provide hands-on supervision during practical exercises involving tattooing, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatments. Share insights on sales strategies and customer service excellence to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. Evaluate student progress, offer constructive feedback, and certify successful completion of training programs. Requirements Proven experience in tattooing with a strong portfolio showcasing permanent makeup work. Background in cosmetology or esthetic treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, or laser procedures. Knowledge of color theory, anatomy relevant to facial features, and skin health fundamentals. Familiarity with infection control practices and sanitation standards within cosmetic or medical environments. Ability to operate EMR systems efficiently for record keeping and patient management. Excellent communication skills with a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring artists. Certification or licensure in cosmetology or related fields is preferred but not mandatory if complemented by extensive practical experience.
