Overview Join our dynamic Sweet Spot team as an Aesthetician and become a vital part of a vibrant wellness and beauty environment! In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare and aesthetic services that enhance our clients' confidence and well-being. Your expertise will help clients look and feel their best while providing personalized consultations and professional treatments. We are committed to fostering a lively, positive atmosphere where your skills can shine and your passion for beauty thrives. Duties Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, skin care analysis, consultations, dermaplaning, medical grade peels, and hydraskin facials to meet individual client needs. Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and recommended treatments to promote ongoing skin health. Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and ensuring a clean treatment environment. Assist with retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and conducting product demos to enhance client satisfaction. Assisting advanced providers during laser and injectables treatments. Promoting memberships to clients. Creating a 12 month skin care plan for all clients. Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively, communicating clearly, and ensuring clients feel valued throughout their visit. Experience Hands-on expertise in esthetic treatments and consultations. Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments and products. Familiarity with sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Experience in retail sales or product demonstrations is a plus for engaging clients and promoting brand loyalty. Florida Skin care specialist certification required with one year experience.
