Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, waxing, and body treatments
- Provide excellent guest services and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate skincare products and treatments
- Conduct consultations and educate clients on skincare routines and maintenance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in esthetics
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all sanitation and safety protocols
Requirements:
- Valid esthetician license in the state of Florida
- Proven experience as an esthetician or similar role
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services
- Proficient in social media management to promote services and attract new clients
- Knowledge of various skincare treatments
