We are growing and looking for a Medical Esthetician & Laser Technician who is both clinically skilled and confident in client consultation and sales. Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Treatments Perform laser hair removal treatments safely and effectively Perform laser tattoo removal treatments Deliver customized facial treatments based on client skin concerns Maintain high standards of safety and treatment protocols Provide proper pre- and post-care instructions to all clients Consultation & Sales Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans Educate clients on services, packages, and memberships Drive conversion of consultations into paid services and memberships Upsell and cross-sell services and retail products Build long-term client relationships and retention Client Experience Deliver a high-touch, elevated client experience at every visit Ensure clients feel confident, informed, and cared for Maintain professionalism and strong communication at all times Operations Maintain treatment room cleanliness, organization, and readiness Complete accurate charting within EMR/CRM systems Assist with inventory tracking and supply management Support overall studio flow and efficiency What Success Looks Like High consultation-to-treatment conversion rate Strong membership sales and retention Consistent rebooking and repeat clientele Positive client reviews and referrals High-quality, consistent treatment outcomes You're a Fit If You Have 2+ years experience in a medspa or aesthetics environment Are certified and experienced in laser treatments and advanced facials Are confident discussing treatment plans, pricing, and memberships Thrive in a sales-driven, performance-based environment Are professional, polished, and client-focused Are highly organized and detail-oriented Want to grow within a high-performing, expanding brand Compensation & Growth Starting at $27/hour (based on experience) Performance-based incentives tied to sales and utilization Opportunity for growth into senior provider or lead roles Why Join Brows & Brows At Brows & Brows, we combine aesthetics and strategy.
