Licensed Threading & Brow Specialist Part Time (Sun - Tues)

Part-Time Sunday - Tuesday at our IDOLIZE Brows & Beauty Kissimmee Location IDOLIZE Brows and Beauty is hiring a Licensed Threading & Brow Specialist for a part-time role at our Kissimmee spa location. Candidates must hold a current Florida Esthetician or Cosmetology License and have at least 1 year of hands-on professional threading experience in a salon or spa environment. This is a client-facing role focused on delivering high-quality brow and facial threading services, building strong client relationships, and maintaining IDOLIZE service standards in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Sunday and Monday shifts are focused primarily on eyebrow and facial threading services. Tuesday shifts may include esthetic services based on client needs and scheduling. Qualifications - Licensed Threading & Brow Specialist Required Current Florida Esthetician or Cosmetology License 1+ year professional eyebrow and facial threading experience Ability to independently perform brow and facial threading services without additional training 1+ year experience working in a licensed salon or spa (outside of school) Strong communication and client service skills Before-and-after photos of threading work required Availability Sunday - Tuesday required for our Kissimmee Location Preferred Experience with brow tinting and facial waxing services Experience performing esthetic services including facials and waxing Experience upselling spa services and retail productsStrong attention to detail and cleanliness Positive, team-oriented attitude Responsibilities Perform brow and facial threading services at a high professional standard Perform brow tinting, facial waxing, and esthetic services as scheduled Educate clients on aftercare, services, and product recommendations Maintain clean, organized, and fully prepared treatment rooms Build long-term client relationships and deliver consistent service quality Upsell services and retail products when appropriate Assist with general spa cleanliness and team support tasks Follow IDOLIZE protocols for safety, sanitation, and service consistency Benefits & Perks Competitive hourly pay plus tips and commission Part-time schedule Employee service and product discounts Ongoing training and skill development Career growth opportunities
