Commission-Based Independent Contractor Opportunity We are an upscale, growing med spa seeking a talented Medical Esthetician and/or Aesthetic Injector to join our team as an independent contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for an established professional who already has a loyal client base and is looking for a beautiful, professional space to grow their business while benefiting from a collaborative med spa environment. Ideal Candidate Currently licensed and insured in Florida Medical Esthetician, Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or qualified Aesthetic Injector Existing clientele and proven ability to generate repeat business preferred Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments and patient care Professional, reliable, and motivated to grow Excellent customer service and communication skills Services May Include Neurotoxins and dermal fillers Microneedling PRP/PRF treatments Laser treatments Chemical peels HydraFacials Medical-grade skincare consultations Other aesthetic services within scope of practice What We Offer Beautiful, upscale treatment rooms Professional and supportive environment Marketing support and social media promotion Flexible schedule Opportunity for room rental or commission-based arrangement Growth-focused team culture Preferred Qualifications Existing client following Active social media presence Experience with patient retention and retail sales Minimum 1 year of aesthetic experience (more preferred) If you are an experienced aesthetic professional looking for a long-term opportunity in a luxury med spa setting, we would love to hear from you.
