This is a dual-role position combining advanced esthetic services, client education, sales, content creation, and front desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, confident in recommending treatment plans, excels at customer service, and is comfortable creating social media content that showcases treatments and results. ResponsibilitiesEsthetic Services Perform professional esthetic treatments including: Customized facials Chemical peels Hydrafacials Dermaplaning Microneedling Acne treatments Anti-aging treatments Advanced skincare procedures Conduct thorough skin consultations and educate clients on treatment options. Develop personalized treatment plans to help clients achieve optimal results. Recommend and sell appropriate skincare products and treatment packages. Maintain detailed treatment notes and client records. Sales & Client Retention Consistently educate clients on services, memberships, packages, and retail products. Upsell and cross-sell treatments when appropriate. Help maintain high client retention and rebooking rates. Follow up with clients regarding treatment plans and future appointments. Participate in monthly sales and performance goals. Earn commission on retail sales, memberships, packages, and approved upsells Earn all Tips from services preformed. Front Desk Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls professionally. Respond promptly to text messages, emails, and client inquiries. Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments. Check clients in and out efficiently. Process payments and maintain accurate records. Assist with daily spa operations and customer service needs. Support providers and staff to ensure smooth clinic operations. Content Creation & Marketing Create engaging social media content when not actively treating clients. Capture before-and-after photos and videos (with proper consent). Record treatment demonstrations, educational content, and promotional material. Assist with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms. Help promote specials, events, memberships, and new services. Maintain a professional online presence that reflects the brand. Cleanliness & Professional Standards Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment room at all times. Clean and reset treatment rooms between clients. Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the spa, including common areas. Ensure all equipment, supplies, and products are properly stocked. Follow all sanitation, safety, and state licensing regulations. Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and teamwork. Qualifications Active Florida Esthetician License. Minimum 2 years of hands-on esthetic experience preferred. Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment protocols. Experience with advanced esthetic treatments preferred. Excellent communication and sales skills. Comfortable appearing on camera and creating social media content. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Preferred Traits Passion for aesthetics and helping clients achieve results.
