Licensed Esthetician and Electrologist

Job Summary Dermagnify is a physician-led dermatology , aesthetics and wellness practice seeking a Licensed Esthetician with at least one year of experience to join our expanding aesthetics and wellness team. Ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, organized, punctual, polite, reliable, personable, positive, patient-centered, team-focused, adaptable, eager to learn in a fast pased environment Duties Active Florida Esthetician License and/or Electrolysis License 1+ year of clinical aesthetics and or dermatology experience Experience with: Professional facials, advanced skincare treatments including chemical peels, product education, supervised device-based treatments . Training opportunities available Perform customized medical-grade facials and skincare plans Assist with aesthetic devices ,(after any appropriate training and demonstration of competency). All under physician supervision Educate patients on skincare and post-treatment care Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms Support dermatology-based aesthetic and wellness services Deliver a consistent, elevated patient experience and develop customized aesthetic plans for year round care Actively promote oneself, treatments, products and services offered by the practice Experience Facial Specialist and/or Electrolysis Certification Experience assisting with aesthetic laser treatments, chemical peels and microneedling Experience with electronic medical records and appropriate documentation Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards in aesthetic procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to educate clients effectively Experience in retail sales within a med spa or salon environment is advantageous Join our team to deliver exceptional skincare services while fostering client relationships that promote beauty and confidence. Compensation Hourly pay based on experience, performance and time with the company Additional performance-based earning potential as facial volume grows Full-time hours are not guaranteed immediately Designed to grow into a full-time role once the aesthetic skills meet performance expectations
