Job Description
At Hone Into Wellness , we are building a team of high-level providers who value clinical precision, patient experience, and personal growth. As an Aesthetic Injector, you will play a key role in delivering natural, results-driven treatments while creating a patient experience that is elevated, educational, and seamless. This position is ideal for a provider who is confident working independently, takes ownership of their outcomes, and wants to grow within a modern, systems-driven med spa. You will provide advanced aesthetic treatments while contributing to a culture built on accountability, consistency, and patient trust. Core Responsibilities Perform aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins (Botox/Daxxify), dermal fillers, PRP, and other non-invasive procedures with precision and strong clinical judgment Conduct thorough consultations, assess patient goals, and create personalized treatment plans aligned with natural, long-term results Maintain strict adherence to safety, sanitation, and clinical protocols at all times Manage your schedule efficiently, ensuring timely, organized, and productive patient flow Educate patients on treatment plans, post-care, and complementary therapies to maximize outcomes Document all patient interactions, treatments, and plans clearly and accurately Patient Experience & Brand Contribution Deliver a high-touch, elevated patient experience from consultation through follow-up Build long-term patient relationships through trust, education, and consistent results Actively contribute to brand growth through content creation (before/after photos, educational videos, social media presence) Support clinic flow when needed, including assisting with patient coordination and front-end experience Recommend appropriate retail, supplements, and treatment plans aligned with patient goals Team & Culture Expectations Operate with a high level of autonomy while maintaining consistent communication with leadership Be coachable, receptive to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement Contribute to a positive, accountable, and solutions-oriented team environment Participate in trainings, team meetings, and ongoing protocol development Qualifications Active RN, NP, or PA license (Florida) Minimum 1+ year experience in aesthetic injecting preferred (new injectors with strong clinical foundation considered) Proficiency in neurotoxins and dermal fillers; experience with PRP and other advanced skincare treatments is a strong plus Familiarity with treatments such as microneedling, chemical peels, and laser therapies is preferred Strong consultation and communication skills Ability to work independently while maintaining structure and organization Experience with EMR/booking systems (Boulevard preferred) Comfortable being on camera and contributing to social media content What We're Looking For Someone who takes ownership—of their schedule, patients, and outcomes Strong work ethic with attention to detail Calm, confident, and professional energy with patients Growth mindset—you want to build, not just work Team player without ego Compensation & Growth Competitive compensation (structured + performance-based) Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding brand Access to ongoing training, advanced techniques, and protocols Supportive but high-standard environment designed to elevate your career
