South Miami, FL About Cici Skincare Cici Skincare is a boutique skincare studio focused on advanced treatments, personalized care, and delivering real results. We are looking for an experienced, passionate esthetician who loves helping clients achieve healthy, confident skin. Responsibilities Perform professional facial treatments including custom facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, hydradermabrasion, and other advanced skincare services Conduct client consultations and recommend customized treatment plans Educate clients on skincare products and homecare routines Recommend retail products and treatment packages to support client results Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records Follow sanitation and safety protocols at all times Assist with client communication, scheduling, and overall spa operations as needed Participate in social media content and marketing initiatives Qualifications Active Florida Facial Specialist or Full Specialist License 3+ years of esthetics experience preferred Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and products Excellent communication and client service skills Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Comfortable recommending products and discussing treatment plans Social media experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay plus performance incentives Retail and service sales bonuses Employee discounts on treatments and skincare products Ongoing training and growth opportunities
