Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and personable Laser Technician to join our dermatology and medspa team. The ideal candidate will have experience with esthetic laser treatments and a strong background in patient care and customer service. This role involves performing advanced skin care procedures, providing exceptional client experiences, and supporting various aesthetic dermatology treatments to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty. Duties Perform esthetic laser treatments with precision and adherence to safety protocols Conduct laser hair removal , body contouring treatments, teen acne treatments Assist patients with skincare consultations and product recommendations Demonstrate product demos and retail sales to promote skincare products and treatments Maintain proper sanitation and sterilization of all equipment and treatment areas Educate clients on post-treatment care and answer any questions regarding procedures Assisting with Skincare stock and Inventory Support the team in maintaining a clean, professional environment Event participation Requirements Proven experience with esthetic laser hair removal , body contouring, micro needling, advanced chemical peels, hydrafacials and skin care sales Knowledge of acne treatments, and basic knowledge of fillers, toxins, and facial laser services is preferred Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with medical providers Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in all treatments Comfort level consulting patients with acne protocols, client consultations and team collaboration Experience with retail sales and product demos is a plus A Florida license for facial specialist and laser hair removal/electrologist is required Ability to work in a high volume med spa or medical environment while delivering exceptional service Join our team to help clients look and feel their best through expert skincare treatments and personalized service.
