In this role, you will deliver expert aesthetic treatments, including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, and other advanced skin and body procedures. This will be an hourly plus commission position. Candidates MUST possess a masters degree and be either a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Duties Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures such as botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and peptide and wellness treatments with precision and care. Conduct consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options clearly, and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols in accordance with industry standards to ensure a hygienic environment for clients and staff Manage appointment scheduling using med spa software to optimize client flow and maximize efficiency Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and ongoing skincare routines to promote lasting results Upsell products and additional services through effective communication and product demos to enhance client satisfaction and business growth Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client preferences, and progress notes in compliance with privacy regulations Skills Proven experience in aesthetic procedures such as botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, laser treatments, or esthetic laser therapy; med spa experience highly preferred Strong management skills to coordinate appointments, client flow, and team collaboration effectively Excellent communication skills to educate clients confidently while providing exceptional guest services Knowledge of med spa software systems for scheduling and record keeping Expertise in sanitation practices to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety Familiarity with social media management for promoting services and engaging with clients online Strong sales acumen with experience in retail sales and upselling techniques to grow the business while ensuring client satisfaction Exceptional customer service skills combined with a friendly demeanor that makes clients feel valued and comfortable Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a real difference!
