Candidates should have a passion for preventative and integrative wellness. Should be patient-driven, eager to provide optimal results, and able to offer thorough patient histories and appropriate examination, interpret diagnostic lab work, and create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans in an autonomous environment with the support of a collaborating physician. Must have a minimum of 3 years of Injector experience with comprehensive knowledge of neurotoxins, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and other procedures/services is a plus. Treatments may include (but are not limited to) using lab work to guide supplementation regimens, procedural tasks such as Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) Intravenous Hydration, ordering and delivery of peptides and Vitamins/Nutrients through intramuscular and subcutaneous injections, wrinkle treatments by injection, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, body and facial injections, thread lifts, platelet-rich plasma therapy, micro-needling, lip enhancement and other fat reduction treatments, chemical peels and other facial aesthetic treatments, etc. Duties and Responsibilities Update patient records and check records for accuracy Provide ongoing patient education Make appropriate referrals to other health professionals and community agencies Serve as the resource patients need for ongoing care information, counseling and provide guidance for any patients with critical conditions Obtain medical clearance as appropriate for complex medical health history patients Prescribe pharmacologic agents and non-pharmacologic therapies Able to do blood draws and preform IV's Assess client at time of consultation and identify health and medical risk factors Inject Botox and fillers in accordance with Florida standards Perform non-surgical, elective procedures in accordance with Florida standards Accurately document treatment, follow-up and/or client concerns in chart using approved guidelines/forms for procedure Take before and after photos on all clients and download to computer Determine the effectiveness of the treatment plan with documentation of client care outcomes Reassess and modify the plan as necessary to achieve health and esthetic goals Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by clients, ensuring complete customer satisfaction Ensure client has an excellent experience by minimizing pain and ensuring comfort level at all times Immediately counsel with Physician for any client concerns or problems Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of Medical Spa and Medical services and of medical-grade skincare product lines retailed. Recommend and promote products to client Consult and educate client on all aspects of the Medical Spa Actively build repeat clientele by ensuring on-going high level of customer satisfaction Research, present, and implement necessary steps for introducing new products and treatments Prepare and participate in social media and marketing efforts, seminars and educational videos Qualifications and Required Licensure and Certifications Master of Science Degree in an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program National Certification by an Approved Board preferred DEA License Florida State license 3+ years of experience in injectables Strong written and interpersonal communication skills Excellent follow-up and organizational skill Knowledge of and ability to apply medical principles, procedures and techniques Proficient in Electronic Health Records Physical Demands of Job Ability to work under stress, moderate periods of sitting, walking, standing and computer use.
