Role:
Brazilian Wax and Spa by Claudia is looking for a talented and passionate Waxing Specialist to join our team in Augusta, GA! If you love helping clients look and feel their best in a welcoming, professional spa environment, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
Perform professional waxing services including Brazilian, bikini, facial, and full-body waxing Consult with clients to assess skin type, sensitivity, and service needs prior to treatments Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized treatment room in accordance with health and safety standards Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service and follow-up care recommendations Educate clients on pre- and post-waxing care to ensure optimal results Uphold spa standards, protocols, and product knowledge to deliver consistent, high-quality services Collaborate with team members to create a positive and professional spa atmosphere
Requirements:
Valid Georgia Esthetician License or Cosmetology License required Prior waxing experience, especially Brazilian and body waxing, strongly preferred Knowledge of hard wax and soft wax techniques and application Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and client comfort at all times Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented mindset Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to continued education
