for scheduling, client records, and billing Promote your services through social media management and product demos to attract new clients and retain existing ones Upsell retail products and treatment packages to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and techniques including color theory, nail care, hair extensions, tattooing, esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, deep tissue massage, straight razor shaving, and more Experience Valid cosmetology license or relevant certification in esthetics, massage therapy, barbering or related fields Proven experience in delivering diverse beauty treatments such as hair styling, eyelash extensions, body waxing, makeup application, nail care or dermal procedures Familiarity with salon management software like Millennium or
