Full-Time / Part-Time We're hiring a Lead Esthetician to help take our spa & treatment side to the next level. If you're serious about corrective skincare, client experience, and leading a team — this is where you'll shine. What You'll Do Perform Chromatics-level facials, dermaplaning, peels, & corrective skincare Train new estheticians + oversee skill development Maintain compliance, sanitation, and documentation at excellence standards Assist with product selection & inventory Suggest seasonal themes, promos, bundles, and new service ideas Communicate clearly with ownership and the team Ensure our client experience is consistent — every single day Who We Need You're not scared to lead — you can direct, coach, and correct professionally You can see operational gaps and fix them You love education — both learning + teaching You actually care about results… not just going through the motions Requirements Licensed Esthetician in GA 4+ years experience minimum Strong technical facial/corrective skincare skills Leadership or training experience is a plus Retail confidence — not sales-y, but not shy Compensation Competitive Hourly/Commission + retail incentives + leadership growth path.
