Provide personalized skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on individual skin types and concerns. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and ensuring treatment areas are clean and organized at all times. Assist clients with retail sales of skincare products and beauty accessories to enhance their at-home routines. Stay current with industry trends and new techniques by participating in ongoing training and professional development. Skills Proven experience in retail sales within the beauty or skincare industry. Proficiency in performing esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, makeup application, hair threading, and nail care. Strong knowledge of salon software systems such as

MINDBODY

for scheduling and client management. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction. Deep understanding of sanitation protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic environment. Certified in cosmetology or esthetics with relevant state licenses or certifications.
