This is not a volume spa, medspa, or back-room treatment role . Our estheticians work directly with clients to help them understand their skin, build trust over time, and achieve meaningful skincare results through customized treatments and home care. This role is best suited for someone who wants more than a treatment room. We are looking for an esthetician who is motivated to build a strong client base, promote themselves professionally, continue learning, and grow alongside an established practice. Schedule & Availability This position requires consistent availability during our highest-demand appointment times.
Candidates must be available:
2-3 days per week Fridays Saturdays Occasional Sundays Weekend availability is important. These are some of our strongest demand periods and are a key part of building a successful client base. As demand grows, there may be an opportunity to expand into additional days and fuller hours. Key Requirements Active Georgia esthetician license Motivation to build and retain a client base Willingness to promote yourself professionally Comfort participating in social media, content, and marketing Genuine interest in skin health, ingredient science, and client education Ability to follow established treatment protocols and service standards Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication Willingness to recommend appropriate home care and support client results Willingness to contribute to cleaning, laundry, room turnover, and shared studio responsibilities Additional Qualifications Preferred Experience with Hydrafacial, LED light therapy, microcurrent, or advanced facial treatments Experience with professional skincare or cosmeceutical lines Interest in education, marketing, content creation, or retail skincare Existing clientele is a plus but not required Compensation & Growth This is a W-2 position with hourly compensation, tips, product commissions, and performance-based earning opportunities. Current earnings for this type of role average approximately $30-35+ per hour when hourly pay, tips, and commissions are combined, though actual earnings depend on schedule, client retention, retail sales, and overall performance. There is meaningful growth potential for someone who actively builds their clientele and participates in the growth of the practice. For the right person, this can become more than a part-time esthetics role. We are open to long-term opportunities for someone who proves to be motivated, aligned, professional, and invested in helping the practice grow.
