We offer hourly plus bonuses and commission pay. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in skincare treatments and services, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for performing various beauty treatments while ensuring a relaxing and welcoming environment for clients. Responsibilities Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, peels, and body treatments. Engage in retail sales by recommending products that suit clients' individual needs. Conduct product demos to educate clients on proper usage and benefits of skincare products. Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing transactions. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and equipment. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and new products to continually enhance skills. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of Esthetician experience required. Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure and experience of 2 years preferred. Valid esthetician license as required by state regulations. Knowledge of color theory to assist with client consultations. Familiarity with salon software for efficient appointment management. Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service. Ability to manage time effectively while providing high-quality services.
