Full-Time or Part-Time Available About Volaré Volaré is a growing medical aesthetics and skincare practice focused on providing elevated beauty, advanced treatments, and personalized client care. We are seeking a motivated, professional Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about helping clients achieve confidence through healthy skin and exceptional service. What You'll Do Perform facials and skincare treatments Conduct client consultations and create customized treatment plans Educate clients on skincare products and home care Maintain treatment room cleanliness and sanitation standards Assist with social media content and marketing initiatives Build lasting client relationships through exceptional customer service Qualifications Current Iowa Esthetician License Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience preferred but not required for the right candidate Schedule Expectations To best serve our clients, this position requires: Availability for 1-2 evenings per week Availability for 2 Saturdays per month Flexible scheduling opportunities available outside of these requirements What We Offer Competitive compensation Employee discounts on products and services Ongoing education and training opportunities Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow with an expanding aesthetics practice Why Volaré?
