F acial/Skin Service/Injections/ or Eyelashes Chair Rental Opportunity Looking for a professional space to grow your skincare business? We currently have facial chairs available to rent inside our established business "CK Makeup Artistry & Skin Bar" located in downtown Spirit Lake, IA on Hill Avenue.

What's Included:

Prime Main Street location with high visibility & foot traffic. Walking distance from restaurants, coffee shop, boutiques, workout centers, & more. Fully equipped facial bar technology such as microcurrent machines, microdermabrasion machine, oxygen therapy machine, light therapy, & more. Manage daily operations of your service chair, including scheduling appointments, maintaining sanitation standards, and ensuring a welcoming guest experience. Restroom & access to water. Mentorship from the owner of CK Makeup Artistry who has been in esthetics for 15 years & an esthetic instructor for 10 years.

Requirements:

Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with experience in facial treatments and skin care procedures. Strong management skills with the ability to handle front desk responsibilities and guest services efficiently. Experience with advanced treatments like botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, or laser therapies is not required but optional. Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices within a salon or med spa environment. Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that fosters customer loyalty.

-This is a job opportunity to rent a chair in our facial bar. $400 per month for the chair rental. Includes access to listed skin care equipment. Month to month contract. -This chair rental comes with the option to receive part time hourly pay to work under CK Makeup Artistry performing spray tanning, makeup services, & CK protocol skin bar services.
