Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Botox Technician, where you will play a vital role in enhancing clients' confidence and well-being through expert aesthetic treatments. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant, client-focused environment, providing top-tier cosmetic procedures such as botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and other advanced skincare services. As a Botox Technician, you will combine your passion for beauty and wellness with technical expertise to deliver exceptional results that leave clients feeling refreshed and revitalized. Your enthusiasm and dedication will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere where clients feel valued and cared for every step of their aesthetic journey. Responsibilities Perform botulinum toxin (Botox) treatments and dermal filler procedures with precision, ensuring safety and optimal results. Conduct consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and set realistic expectations. Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety. Manage appointment scheduling, client records, and follow-up care using salon software such as Millennium or
MINDBODY.
Assist with product demonstrations, upselling skincare products, and promoting additional aesthetic services like dermabrasion or eyelash extensions. Provide excellent guest services by creating a positive experience from consultation through post-treatment care. Stay current on industry trends, new techniques, and certifications related to medical spa treatments, laser therapy, and esthetic procedures. Requirements Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification with experience in botulinum toxin treatment or dermal fillers preferred. Strong management skills to handle appointment flow, client records, and retail sales effectively. Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or
MINDBODY.
Excellent communication skills to educate clients clearly about procedures and aftercare instructions. Knowledge of sanitation standards and infection control practices essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment. Experience with social media management is a plus for promoting services and engaging with clients online. Prior experience in med spa settings or cosmetic clinics is highly desirable; training will be provided for specific procedures if needed.
