Esthetician License Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients' skincare needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Administer a variety of treatments, including facials, peels, extractions, body treatments, all waxing services (including brazilian), lash lift, tinting, radiofrequency, hydrodermabrasion, dermaplaning, microcurrent, LED therapy. Must strictly adhere to UHW treatment protocols. Educate clients on proper skincare routines, lifestyle adjustments, and recommended products to achieve optimal results. Drive sales of skincare products, supplements, and facial memberships by providing expert recommendations and promoting long-term client relationships. Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development. As an Esthetician at UBH, your sales to service ratio must equal at least 30%. You will also participate in opportunities to stay abreast of industry trends and advancements.

Requirements:

Valid Esthetician license in Idaho. Proven experience in administering a range of skincare treatments and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and industry best practices. Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their skincare goals. Strong sales skills, with the ability to promote client return, sell skincare products, supplements, and facial memberships. Availability to work weekends; weekend shifts are mandatory for success in this role.
