We're currently seeking Licensed Estheticians in Caldwell Idaho to join our growing team!Responsibilities:
Provide top-tier, efficient facial treatments following Bubbly's signature protocols Create a welcoming, upbeat experience for every client Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment plans, and product recommendations Maintain clean, sanitary treatment rooms and workspaces Collaborate with teammates and support front desk operations when needed Thrive in a fast-paced, appointment-based setting Help build and maintain our social media presence with behind-the-scenes content and/or client success stories Participate in promotional events and brand activations as scheduled Reach and maintain job-specific goals related to performance, client retention, and product recommendationsQualifications:
Licensed Esthetician in the State of Idaho (or pending licensure, ready before start date) Reliable transportation and excellent punctuality Strong communication and people skills A positive, team-oriented attitude with a true love for skincare Ability to work efficiently and cheerfully in a busy environment Availability for evenings and weekends Preferred (but not required): Experience in a busy spa, salon, or facial bar Product or skincare retail sales experience Familiarity with the skincare brands we partner with and carryWhat We Offer:
