Established for 13 years, Precision Laser has built a reputation in the Treasure Valley for providing exceptional results, personalized care, and a warm luxury experience. We are passionate about helping clients feel confident while creating a positive, supportive environment for both our clients and team. Responsibilities Perform laser, skin, and esthetic treatments safely and effectively Deliver exceptional client care and treatment outcomes Complete accurate charting and treatment documentation Recommend customized treatment plans and skincare products Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and treatment room readiness Meet or exceed monthly productivity and revenue goals Maintain professionalism, reliability, and brand standards at all times Participate in marketing initiatives, social media content, and promotional events as requested Build strong client relationships while creating an elevated luxury experience Collaborate with providers and team members to support overall spa growth and success Qualifications Active Idaho Esthetician License required Sales experience is perferred Laser certification and experience preferred Previous med spa or aesthetic experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and continued learning What We Offer Established and loyal client base Positive and supportive team culture Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding med spa Employee discounts on treatments and products Flexible scheduling Competitive compensation based on experience Schedule Part-time 15+ hours per week Some evening or weekend availability preferred Future full-time opportunities with additional benefits (PTO, sick leave, and other).
