With locations in Lincoln Park and Logan Square, Refine by Tulsi is becoming one of Chicago's premier destinations for patients seeking expert aesthetic treatments combined with holistic wellness and longevity care. We are seeking a skilled Aesthetic Injector & Wellness Specialist (MD, PA, or NP) with at least 2+ years of aesthetic experience who shares our philosophy of delivering natural, balanced results and exceptional patient care. This role offers the opportunity to practice both aesthetic medicine and longevity optimization in a physician-led environment focused on clinical excellence. ⸻ Position Overview The Aesthetic Injector & Wellness Specialist will perform a range of injectable treatments and support patients through personalized aesthetic and wellness treatment plans. This role is ideal for a provider who values precision, artistry, and patient relationships, and who wants to grow within a modern aesthetics and longevity-focused clinic. Providers will work alongside Dr. Tulsi Kotecha and collaborate with our clinical and patient experience teams to deliver outstanding results. ⸻ Core Responsibilities Aesthetic Treatments Perform advanced injectable treatments including: Neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Daxxify) Dermal fillers for facial balancing and contouring Lip augmentation Cheek and jawline contouring Under-eye rejuvenation Non-surgical rhinoplasty Masseter Botox for jaw slimming and bruxism Hyperhidrosis treatments Providers will focus on natural-looking results and conservative product use, consistent with the Refine by Tulsi philosophy. ⸻ Wellness & Regenerative Treatments PRP and PRF treatments for skin and hair restoration Peptide therapy consultations and injections Weight loss programs including GLP-1 medications IV therapy and regenerative wellness treatments Longevity-focused treatment planning Providers will work with patients to create integrated treatment plans addressing both aesthetics and overall wellness. ⸻ Patient Consultations Conduct detailed patient consultations Evaluate facial anatomy and aesthetic goals Develop personalized treatment plans Educate patients on treatment options and expectations Maintain thorough documentation in EMR systems ⸻ Patient Experience Deliver a warm, personalized experience aligned with the Refine by Tulsi brand Build long-term relationships with patients Ensure patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their treatment plans ⸻ Qualifications MD, PA, or NP licensed in Illinois 1-2+ years of aesthetic injection experience required Strong understanding of facial anatomy Experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and longevity medicine Excellent communication and consultation skills Preferred experience includes: Facial balancing techniques Regenerative medicine treatments (PRP/PRF) Weight loss and wellness medicine Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery environment ⸻ What Makes Refine by Tulsi Different Refine by Tulsi is a physician-led boutique clinic focused on delivering natural, refined results through truly personalized care.
