Esthetician / Massage Therapist Temp-to-Hire (Dual License Welcome)

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Esthetician and/or Massage Therapist in a vibrant, client-focused environment! This is a temp-to-hire position : you'll start on an hourly trial basis, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role (with commission/tip-based pay) based on performance and fit. We welcome licensed professionals passionate about skincare, body treatments, and wellness — whether you hold dual licenses or specialize in one area.

Pay Esthetician:

$18-$24/hr during trial period (DOE)

Massage Therapist:

$22-$30/hr during trial period (DOE) Commission/tip structure available upon transition to permanent hire Responsibilities — Esthetician Perform skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and eyelash extensions Administer body waxing and other esthetic body treatments Conduct product demos and recommend retail skincare products Assist with makeup application and nail care as needed Responsibilities — Massage Therapist Perform deep tissue, relaxation, and other massage modalities based on client needs Responsibilities — Both Roles Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards Provide excellent customer service, listening to client goals and explaining treatment options clearly Keep accurate client/treatment records Stay current on industry trends and techniques Qualifications Valid, active Illinois license in Esthetics/Cosmetology and/or Massage Therapy — required for the role(s) you're applying to Dual licenses highly valued but not required Experience with chemical peels, microdermabrasion, facials, waxing, and/or massage preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Retail sales experience a plus To Apply Submit your resume along with a copy of your current license(s)
