Your expertise will help elevate our client experience by providing personalized consultations, precise injections, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Perform Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectables with precision and adherence to safety protocols. Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and set realistic expectations. Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and sterile environment for all procedures. Educate clients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and product options to maximize satisfaction. Manage appointment scheduling using salon or medspa software such as Millennium or

to optimize workflow. Engage with clients via social media management platforms to promote services, share success stories, and build community engagement. Assist with retail sales of skincare products and treatment packages through upselling techniques. Collaborate with team members on product demos, marketing initiatives, and client retention strategies. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with specialized training in botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers. Proven experience performing injectables in a medspa or clinical setting; med spa experience preferred. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, medical safety standards, and patient confidentiality protocols. Excellent communication skills to educate clients clearly and confidently about procedures and aftercare. Familiarity with salon software such as Millennium or

for scheduling and client management. Ability to manage social media platforms effectively for marketing purposes.
