Stay current with industry trends and new techniques related to esthetic laser treatment, botulinum toxin treatment, dermabrasion, and other advanced procedures. Foster excellent customer service by creating a positive experience that encourages repeat visits and client loyalty. Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state law. Proven experience in skin care services such as facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, or laser treatments. Knowledge of salon software systems like

for appointment scheduling and client management. Strong skills in retail sales to recommend products that enhance treatment results. Ability to perform body waxing, hair threading, makeup application, nail care, and barbering services is preferred.
