Compensation:
Rockford, IL Part-time, 20 hrs/week, WEEKENDS MAY BE REQUIRED, day-shift $70 / hour, additional performance-based incentives

Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate, highly motivated, and energetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who emphasizes client satisfaction, experience, and retention. The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will be responsible for performing aesthetic consultations, administering injectable/aesthetic treatments, and developing personalized treatment plans. This role requires expertise in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical aesthetic procedures, along with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations to assess patient goals and develop customized treatment plans. Administer neuromodulator treatments, including Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and Jeuveau, ensuring precise and natural results. Perform dermal filler injections to enhance facial contours, restore volume, and achieve desired patient outcomes. Restore hair on patients with various hair loss conditions through tailored treatment plans with new, cutting-edge growth factors. Educate patients on available aesthetic treatments, expected results, and post-procedure care. Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in medical aesthetics. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all regulatory and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in the state of Illinois. Experience in aesthetic medicine, with minimum one year experience with neuromodulators and dermal filler injections. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build trust and rapport with patients. Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety, ethical medical practice, and delivering high-quality results. A passion for aesthetics and a desire to continuously learn and refine injection techniques.
