We are looking for a motivated, personable, and reliable team member to join our growing practice.

Position Overview:

The primary focus of this role will be performing body contouring and skin tightening treatments using T-Shape 2 technology. This position will also assist with other med spa treatments, client communication, and day-to-day spa operations. We are looking for someone who is passionate about aesthetics, enjoys building relationships with clients, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform body contouring, skin tightening, and lymphatic drainage treatments using T-Shape 2 Assist with aesthetic services such as chemical peels, microneedling, and skincare treatments Educate clients on treatment plans, products, memberships, and package options Respond to client text messages, emails, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner Assist with social media content creation, posting, and client engagement Maintain treatment rooms, cleanliness, and inventory organization Help create a welcoming, elevated client experience from consultation to follow-up Assist with scheduling, rebooking, and general front desk support as needed

Qualifications:

Licensed Esthetician or Medical Esthetician preferred Previous med spa, aesthetic, laser, or skincare experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable educating clients and recommending treatment plans Social media knowledge is a strong plus Professional, dependable, and self-motivated Willingness to learn and grow within the aesthetics industry

Schedule:

Part-time position Flexible scheduling available Evenings and Saturdays are a plus

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
