Salary Range:

$17

• $50+ / hour Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly base Generous commission and bonus programs Discount on products Free waxing services Medical insurance Paid time off Typical Hourly Compensation (includes base, tips, and commission)

Following Training:

$17

• $24 / hour 4-6 Months after start: $25
• $32 / hour Approaching 1 year and beyond: $33
• $50+ / hour These are examples based upon actual European Wax Center Wax Specialist performance, but how much you make is entirely up to you.

What we are looking for:

Willingness to work regularly scheduled 3 to 4 days (20-30 hours) per week. Regular availability on Saturdays is a must and we are also looking to fill Wednesday and Friday evenings. Current Illinois Esthetics or Cosmetology License (required). Reliability and punctuality. Drive to give the best experience to every single guest who visits our center. Team-players who are empathic, coachable, and open-minded. Compassionate, positive outlook, and coping skills. Able to stand, bend, lift, and move around while waxing for the majority of each shift. We provide training and support, so even if you have very little waxing experience, you will learn quickly and become a successful speed waxer using our amazing, exclusive Comfort Wax®.
