Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician/Lash Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional guest services and a commitment to enhancing the beauty and well-being of our clients. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality skincare treatments, makeup applications, and product demonstrations while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our guests. Duties Provide a range of esthetic services including facials, waxing, and makeup application. Conduct thorough skin analyses to recommend appropriate treatments and products. Perform esthetic treatments with precision and care. Demonstrate product usage and benefits to clients, fostering an understanding of skincare routines. Upsell additional services and products based on client needs and preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area as well as front desk responsibilities. Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing transactions. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide the best possible service. Requirements Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations. Proven experience in guest services within a salon or spa environment. Familiarity with spa software for appointment management is preferred. Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for skincare and beauty, along with a desire to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals.
