This is an opportunity to step into a practice that is serious about growth, patient outcomes, and provider experience with a compensation structure designed to reward exceptional performance. Salary commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins and HA dermal fillers Conduct thorough patient consultations and develop personalized treatment plans Deliver exceptional patient experiences that drive retention and rebooking Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with Indiana standards Contribute to the practice's social media presence by sharing work and engaging with patients online Collaborate with a close knit clinical and operations team in a scaling practice Skills Active
NP / APRN / PA
license in Indiana, in good standing
Preferred:
3+ years of hands on experience injecting neurotoxins and dermal fillers in a medical aesthetic setting An eye for natural, results driven outcomes Strong consultation and patient communication skills Comfort with social media and digital content creation Commitment to clinical safety, compliance, and continuing education
