At The Injectables Lounge, a physician owned medical spa in Fishers, esthetics isn't an afterthought to injectables; it's a respected part of how we care for our patients' skin. Compensation is competitive and based on experience and qualifications, with a starting range beginning at $23/hour for entry level candidates and increasing for those who bring relevant experience. On top of base pay, this role includes a performance based bonus structure designed to reward the growth you help create. So your earning potential rises right alongside the practice. Duties Deliver medical grade facials, Hydrafacials, chemical peels, and microneedling. Lead warm, outcome focused skin consultations and recommend suitable treatments based on individual skin types and concerns. Conduct skin analysis using advanced tools and apply appropriate products or procedures to improve skin health. Verify consent forms, capture clinical photography, and document accurartely in our EMR. Promote retail sales of skincare products and services by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. Represent TIL authentically as part of our brand and content team. Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized treatment room Required Active, unrestricted Indiana Esthetician license in good standing. Working knowledge of skin types, Fitzpatrick classification, conditions, and contraindications. Strong attention to detail and documentation habits. Warm, confident, professional chair side manner Ability to work independently with patients and within a team. Strongly Preferred 1-3 years in a medical spa, dermatology, or clinical aesthetic setting Experience with medical grade chemical peels and microneedling Join us in creating memorable experiences that leave clients feeling their best.
