In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare and custom facial treatments that enhance our clients' confidence and well-being. Duties Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, to improve skin health and appearance Provide body waxing or sugaring eyelash lift and tint and makeup application services with precision and care Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and maintenance for optimal results Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Manage records accurately Assist in sales by recommending suitable skincare products and retail items to enhance client satisfaction and business growth Stay informed about the latest esthetic techniques, and industry trends to continually improve service quality Requirements Valid state licensure as an Esthetician with active certification to perform skincare treatments and body waxing Proven experience in providing professional esthetic services.1 Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, infection control procedures, and safety standards in a clinical setting Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients Familiarity Square system Ability to perform professional customized facials and other specialized beauty services as needed Record management related to esthetic treatments and client histories Join our team where your skills will be valued, your passion for beauty celebrated, and your career elevated!
