Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and ensuring treatment areas are clean and organized. Engage with clients through social media management and product demos to promote services and build lasting relationships. Support front desk operations by greeting your guests warmly, managing your bookings efficiently, and providing exceptional guest services throughout their visit. Requirements Valid esthetician license with experience in skin care treatments and cosmetic procedures. Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple appointments and client needs simultaneously. Familiarity with salon management software for scheduling and record keeping. Excellent communication skills to educate clients on treatments, products, and aftercare instructions clearly. Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff. Previous med spa or hospitality experience preferred; strong customer service orientation essential.
