Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and talented Licensed Aesthetician to join our spa team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic services that enhance our clients' confidence and well-being. Your expertise in skin care treatments, customer service, and product knowledge will create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a vibrant setting dedicated to beauty, health, and self-care. On top of your hourly wage, you will also receive a percentage of any product you sell. Responsibilities Perform a variety of treatments, including facials, dermabrasion, and waxing with precision and professionalism. Conduct product demos to educate clients about skincare lines and recommend personalized treatment plans. Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Deliver excellent customer service by listening attentively, addressing questions, and creating a positive client experience. Assist with retail sales by recommending products suited to individual skin types and concerns. Support clients through consultations on skincare routines, treatment options, and aftercare instructions. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Certified or Licensed Aesthetician with active credentials. Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and promote services confidently. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices in a clinical or spa environment. Ability to perform retail sales by demonstrating product benefits during client interactions. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that fosters client trust.
