Competitive Hourly Rate + Monthly Bonus Opportunities Role The Ageless Center is seeking a licensed Aesthetician who is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best through exceptional skincare, personalized treatment plans, and outstanding client experiences. This is more than a treatment room position. We are looking for someone who enjoys building lasting relationships, educating clients on skincare and treatment options, and confidently recommending services, packages, memberships, and retail products that help clients achieve their goals. The ideal candidate is personable, sales-minded, goal-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional results while contributing to the growth of the practice. Responsibilities Perform professional aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments, and other services within scope of practice and training Conduct thorough consultations and create customized treatment plans based on each client's goals and skin concerns Educate clients on treatment options, skincare products, memberships, packages, and home care recommendations Build strong client relationships that encourage retention, referrals, rebooking, and long-term treatment plans Maintain accurate charting, treatment documentation, before-and-after photos, and compliance with clinic protocols Support practice growth through social media participation, community engagement, and delivering an exceptional patient experience Requirements Current Kentucky Aesthetician License Previous experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetics practice preferred Strong sales ability with confidence recommending treatment plans, skincare products, packages, and memberships Excellent consultation, communication, and relationship-building skills Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive, professional, team-oriented attitude with a passion for aesthetics and continued learning Results (KPIs) Monthly service revenue goal established with leadership Appointment utilization goal of 80% or higher Package sales goal of 20% of total generated revenue Retail sales goal of 20% of total generated revenue Patient retention rate goal of 80% or higher Strong client satisfaction, referrals, and rebooking percentages Rewards (Pay & Benefits) Competitive hourly pay based on experience Monthly performance bonus opportunities Employee discounts on products and services Paid time off Ongoing professional development and advanced aesthetic training Supportive, collaborative, and growth-focused work environment Required Application Step After submitting your application, please complete our required pre-screening survey using the link below: https://go.cultureindex.com/s/up3MbXFjw8 Applications will not be fully considered until the survey has been completed.
