Deliver professional beauty and wellness services including hair styling, nail care, facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, and deep tissue massage. Manage front desk operations by greeting guests warmly, scheduling appointments using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, and handling client inquiries efficiently. Assist with retail sales by demonstrating products during demos, upselling treatments and retail items to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning treatment areas, sterilizing tools, and adhering to health regulations to ensure guest safety. Utilize social media management skills to promote services, share updates, and engage with clients online to boost visibility and client loyalty. Support team collaboration through effective communication skills and management responsibilities when needed. Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products based on color theory, skin type, or desired outcomes. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license or relevant certification in esthetics, barbering, nail care or massage therapy is preferred. Experience with salon software such as Millennium or

MINDBODY

is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices for maintaining a safe environment. Proficiency in hair styling techniques including hair threading and straight razor shaving is a plus. Experience with advanced treatments such as dermal fillers, Botox injections, tattooing or laser procedures is advantageous but not required.
