About Zivel Newport Zivel Newport is a performance recovery center serving the greater Cincinnati area. We offer recovery services including full body cryotherapy, full body red light, dry flotation, compression, oxygen therapy, and infrared sauna. We also offer premium aesthetic services including NeveSkin cryo facials, cryo slimming, cryo toning, and cryo soothe. We help clients feel better, recover faster, and look their best — and we are looking for someone who can confidently guide clients into the right premium services and packages for their goals. Position Overview We are hiring a Cryo Facial & Body Contouring Specialist to help grow our premium services business. This is a sales-focused, client-facing role for someone who is confident building rapport, leading consultations, recommending services, and converting interest into package sales and repeat visits. You do not need to be an esthetician for this role. We are open to candidates from wellness, fitness, retail, hospitality, med spa, aesthetics, or other consultative sales backgrounds. The right person is polished, energetic, coachable, and motivated by results. What You'll Do Welcome clients and create a high-end, comfortable, and professional experience Conduct consultations to understand client goals related to face, body contouring, slimming, toning, and overall appearance Recommend premium services and packages based on client needs Confidently explain pricing, packages, benefits, and expected treatment plans Convert inquiries, consultations, and single visits into package sales, rebookings, and long-term client relationships Perform cryo facial and body contouring services according to company protocols and training Educate clients on available services, package options, and complementary offerings Follow up with leads and current clients to encourage retention and continued use of premium services Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and service areas to cleanliness and operational standards Document client interactions and treatment notes accurately Support front desk and studio operations as needed What Success Looks Like Strong premium service package sales High consultation-to-purchase conversion rate Consistent rebooking and client retention Excellent client experience and relationship-building Professional service delivery and strong team collaboration What We're Looking For A passion for sales and a strong desire to earn commission and performance bonuses Confidence recommending services, discussing pricing, and asking for the sale Excellent people skills and the ability to build trust quickly Professional communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude Strong work ethic, reliability, and follow-through Willingness to learn and be coached on service delivery, consultation, and sales process Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Experience in consultative sales, wellness, aesthetics, med spa, fitness, luxury retail, hospitality, or customer-facing service is strongly preferred Experience with skincare, facials, body contouring, or beauty/wellness services is a plus, but not required Ability to commute to Newport, KY Compensation & Benefits $20.00-$24.00 per hour Commission opportunities Performance bonuses Free recovery services Discounts on premium services Flexible schedule Growth opportunities within the wellness and aesthetics industry Why Join Zivel Newport At Zivel, you'll be part of a team that values energy, client experience, results, and growth.
