We are looking for a independent and eager Esthetician who is looking to grow their practice and learn new modalities. In this vibrant role, you will deliver exceptional esthetic services that enhance our clients' confidence and well-being. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel pampered, informed, and empowered. We are committed to supporting your professional growth while providing a positive, energetic workplace that celebrates beauty and self-care. Duties Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care Provide personalized skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on individual client needs Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Manage medical records accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, documenting treatments and client preferences thoroughly Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and maintenance to promote long-term results Assist in retail sales by recommending skincare products that complement treatments and meet client goals Stay current with industry trends, new techniques such as tattooing or makeup application, and emerging esthetic technologies to continually enhance service offerings Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse clients Knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control practices essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment Formal training in cosmetology or esthetician licensing required; additional certifications in laser treatments or tattooing are a plus Familiarity with color theory for makeup application and skin tone analysis Experience using EMR systems for accurate recordkeeping of medical records and treatment history Ability to perform specialized services such as hair threading, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments effectively Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to recommend products confidently while ensuring client satisfaction Join us in elevating beauty standards through expert care and energetic service!
