Job Description

SR Studio is looking for an experienced Lash Artist who is passionate about beauty, wellness, and creating an exceptional client experience. We're seeking someone who loves helping clients feel confident while growing their career in a supportive, creative, and team-focused salon environment. This position is ideal for someone experienced in lash extensions who also enjoys skincare, beauty services, client education, and building lasting relationships with guests.
What You'll Do:
Perform lash extension services, lash lifts, and tinting Provide high-quality client experiences through consultations and customized services Recommend products and additional services to support client goals Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and professionalism throughout all services Assist with guest communication, booking support, and overall salon experience Create social media content or share your work online to help grow your clientele
What We're Looking For:
Active Maryland Esthetician or Cosmetology License Experience with lash extensions required Strong customer service and communication skills Professional, reliable, and motivated to grow Passion for beauty, self-care, and continued education Additional experience with brows, facials, waxing, makeup, or other beauty services is a plus
